Shipping

The time it takes for your order to arrive once it has been shipped includes order preparation plus transit time to your location (Mainland Spain) 24/72 hours (Balearic Islands 48/96 hours). For other locations, the time will vary depending on customs issues.

Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For non-peninsular areas and the rest of the world, shipping may vary slightly depending on the weight and product. You can see the shipping amount in the checkout before paying.

Our natural plant deliveries are from Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends. For example: if you place your order on Thursday afternoon (before 5:00 PM), your order will leave our warehouse on Thursday and arrive on Friday. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will leave our warehouse on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

For all other products, our deliveries are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. For example: if you place your order on Thursday afternoon (before 5:00 PM), your order will leave our warehouse on Thursday and arrive on Friday. If you place your order on Friday (before 5:00 PM), your order will leave our warehouse on Friday and arrive on Monday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will leave our warehouse on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

If no one is home when the courier calls, the shipping agency will notify you via email or text message and attempt to deliver the item the next day.

If you are not present on those two occasions, the shipping agency will automatically return the order to our warehouses, unless you contact them directly and arrange for delivery or pickup at one of their offices.

We've designed our own corrugated cardboard boxes, which come in various sizes. They're made from 68% recycled paper, with the remainder from sustainably grown trees in New Zealand. The boxes are fully recyclable and feature vegetable-based ink. They're designed to protect all the products we sell, especially when you buy a plant. They also look good when delivered, as all the boxes are designed to feel like a thoughtful gift (which they are).

Regarding the plant boxes:

The boxes open easily and have slots inside to allow a greeting card to be added without the need for glue or additional packaging.

Each plant is placed inside a paper bag that is secured to prevent soil loss and to retain the moisture the plant needs.

Large plants are placed in practical drawstring bags. Finally, both large and small plants are secured in their boxes for safe delivery.

Currently, only in some countries (Portugal), but we're working on it and will announce it soon through our channels. (All other countries except Europe) We ship all products except plants.

Each order can only be shipped to one address. Orders to ship to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.

All products have free shipping in mainland Spain starting at €49. Purchases under this amount will be charged €3.99 for shipping (minimum weight).

For non-peninsular areas and the rest of the world, conditions are different; they may vary slightly depending on the weight and product. You can see the shipping cost in the checkout before paying; the system calculates it automatically.

Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (except holidays) and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

When we ship your order, our courier provider will send you the necessary information for you to do so free of charge. You will also receive an email from us notifying you of the preparation, and there will be the tracking number.

Yes, we offer free shipping to mainland Spain within 24/48 hours. We ship to the Balearic Islands within 48/96 hours.

We do not ship to non-peninsular areas (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the Balearic Islands and the rest of the world. Prices and shipping times vary.

Yes, as long as the shipment hasn't left our facilities. If the shipment has already left, exchanges are not possible.

Promotions

Right at the end of the checkout screen, you'll see a box where you can add your coupon. You can only use one coupon at a time; multiple coupons cannot be used on the same order.

Warranty and Returns

You are purchasing a product, so we understand the importance of its safe arrival. We guarantee that the recipient will receive a plant or any product in perfect condition. Rarely does something go wrong, and if it does, we will correct it.

Refunds are made by agreement and depending on the circumstances.

You can exchange it, return it to our facilities, and we'll send you the correct one or issue a refund. (See shipping and refund policies, especially for non-mainland and international areas.)

The plants are easy to maintain and come with a map to guide you through their care.

In natural plants , which come from the best crops and care, thus obtaining a high quality plant, we also strive to carry out efficient packaging so that there is no movement during transport and thus ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, our policy lasts 72 hours from the day you receive them, likewise, after these 72 hours we will no longer be able to process the incident, which means that a refund or exchange will no longer be available.

Only Related to Plants

Yes! All plants are fully grown as shown; however, each plant is unique, so there will be variations in color, shape, etc. Your plant will arrive healthy and undamaged, in the pot you purchased from our website. If not, it will come in the pot from the nursery.

We are very sorry if your plant or pot was damaged during shipping. We guarantee the safe and sound arrival of all our plants and products, and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge or refund you. (Read refund policies.)

Please have your order number and a photo of your damaged plant to verify the condition, then let us know via our email info@naugreen.com or our form.

The plants come transplanted in a plastic pot (originally from the nursery) with holes in the bottom for drainage and watering. The purchase of the decorative pot is optional.

Remove from the box. Flatten the box and place it in your paper recycling. Cut the jute strip, remove the paper wrapping, and place the plant in a bright or semi-bright location. (Repot if necessary.)

Outdoor plants need to be planted in a larger outdoor container or in the garden as soon as possible, although if the soil is kept moist, they will be fine in their pot for a few months. Other specific care instructions related to your plant variety are on the QR code tag attached to the plant.

Plants need light, air, and water to stay healthy and green.

Upon receiving your gift, it is best to open the box immediately and keep it open until you are ready to give your gift.

Carefully pour in 1/2 cup of water, this should be enough water for up to 3 days as long as your plant is not in the sun.
